School is out in 8 days. Tori has created a summer plan and it is not what you are thinking-she has mapped out a learning plan to help Isabelle prepare for 1st grade and to challenge herself for 3rd. Seriously.

Yesterday she came home, had her snack and grabbed Isabelle to go downstairs for "homeschool". I was encouraging them to stop studying and go outside and play. :)

NO WAY! That is just too funny. Jake brings home extra papers and work for Rory but he's so scatterbrained he can't communicate what to do with it. =)
I am not really sure how it will actually play out in their grades so much...but man are they quiet while school is going on. ;)

We used to love going to visit our cousins in the summer because they had a whole room filled with books and desks.
Kaish would just about DIE if he had to play school. He doesn't like anything remotely school related. When I told him this morning that he has exactly 13 days left he almost started crying because he was SO happy!
How are all the lessons going? I told Kaish about this and Kaishon said "I am glad they don't live here Mom, I can't take any more school." I told him that Tori would be a fun teacher : ) and he said that was true.
He still has 3 full days and 2 half days left.
